How the billing works.
- We charge $5.00 increments for every $100 paid within a given month, starting at $100.
- The maximum monthly charge your account will receive is $45.
- You will not be charged more than $45 in a given month.
- If you receive less than $100 in a given month, no fees will be assessed.
- Fee structure is designed for lower volume individual agents.
