Payments via ACH (USA Only). Payment Tracking. Unlimited History. Advanced Reporting. Export to Excel. Fee is deducted from the first payment in the month. No additional fees will be deducted from additional payments processed during the same month. Only one monthly payment for all cash incentive programs and all payments within the calandar month. FEI does not charge any additional fees or percentages on transactions other than the monthly cost. Fees only apply to ACH Payments. All mailed checks are still free of charge. If no payments are made within a calendar month, no fee is applied.

I agree to a single monthly fee of 15, to be deducted from the first commission ACH payment received within each calendar month. If no ACH payment is received in a given month, no fee will be charged. If ACH payments are not set up, commission checks will be mailed instead, and no monthly fee will apply.
